What actually moves healthspan
The most consistent evidence in healthy aging points to familiar things done well: cardiovascular risk managed early, metabolic health protected, muscle and strength maintained, sleep prioritized, and fitness kept high. Newer interventions are worth discussing only on top of that foundation — not instead of it.
- Cardiovascular risk: ApoB, Lp(a), blood pressure, family history
- Metabolic health: fasting insulin, glucose, HbA1c, triglycerides, visceral fat
- Muscle and strength: lean mass, functional strength, protein intake
- Sleep and recovery: duration, quality, and what's disrupting it
- Hormones and inflammation: evaluated in context, not in isolation
How we evaluate longevity claims
The longevity space is full of bold claims. We ask the same questions of every option: What's the quality of the evidence in humans? What are the risks and interactions? Is there a measurable marker that tells us whether it's doing anything for you? If an option can't answer those, we say so.
Where NAD+ and IV therapy fit
We offer NAD+ and IV hydration at our Willis clinic. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and is an active area of aging research; we discuss it as an option, explain what's known and what isn't, and don't present it as a replacement for the fundamentals. IV therapy is provided in person only, under clinical supervision.
Who it's for, how it's monitored, and what we don't promise
May be a fit if…
- Adults who want a clear, measured picture of their long-term health risks
- People with a family history of heart disease, diabetes, or early decline
- High performers who want to stay strong and sharp for decades
- Anyone overwhelmed by longevity content and wanting an evidence-informed plan
How it's monitored
- Comprehensive baseline labs and body composition
- Annual or semi-annual reassessment of key risk markers
- Strength and body composition tracking
- Plan updates as evidence and your data change
What we don't promise
- Life extension or prevention of any disease
- That any therapy will slow, stop, or reverse aging
- Results from interventions without strong human evidence

Frequently asked questions
What is longevity medicine?
Longevity medicine focuses on healthspan — the years lived in good health — by measuring and improving cardiovascular, metabolic, muscle, sleep, and hormone factors over time. It's evidence-informed risk reduction, not a guarantee of a longer life.
Is NAD+ therapy proven to slow aging?
No therapy has been proven to slow human aging. NAD+ is involved in cellular energy metabolism and is being actively researched. We explain what the current evidence does and doesn't show before you decide whether it fits your plan.
Is IV therapy available virtually?
No. IV hydration and IV NAD+ are provided only in person at our Willis, Texas clinic under clinical supervision.
How is this different from a regular physical?
A standard physical screens for disease. Longevity-focused care adds markers like ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, and body composition, and tracks trends over time to guide earlier, more specific changes.
